VNACJ Services

VNA of Central Jersey, part of VNA Health Group, provides a full range of home health and hospice services including nursing, rehabilitative therapies, certified home health aide care, palliative care, telehealth, IV therapy, medical social work and private duty/live-in care for the residents of New Jersey. Specialized programs include ostomy, wound, respiratory and cardiac care as well as joint replacement rehabilitation services, diabetes management, geriatric care management and pediatric care.

In addition, VNA community-based programs support people of all ages, regardless of their ability to pay and include case management for long-term care, senior wellness, bereavement counseling, immunization programs, mobile outreach, special child health services and early intervention, primary care, supplemental nutrition programs, school-based health services and volunteer programs. In 2009, the VNA provided care for more than 127,000 residents in your communities.
