Stately Homes by-the-Sea is proud to announce that the Show House Café will be presented by Salt Creek Grille, Rumson; one of the region's most acclaimed restaurants. The Show House Café by Salt Creek Grille will offer Continental breakfast treats, lunch and refreshments under an elegant tent on the beautiful grounds of Holly Hill.
"Our private dining room managers are looking forward to serving visitors at the Designer Show House in an el fresco atmosphere," said Steve Bidgood, the regional partner for Salt Creek Grille, Rumson and Princeton. "Our executive chef Bob Belt has prepared a unique menu using the freshest ingredients available that complements the grand Holly Hill country estate."
Show House attendees can begin their morning visit at the Café with Continental breakfast, including muffins, bagels, fruit salad, juice, coffee and tea. Luncheon will include, Quiche du Jour, Sandwiches and Paninis, as well as a Chef's Entrée and several salad selections including the beloved Salt Creek Grille signature salad with Granny Smith apples, gorganzola, walnuts and balsamic vinaigrette served atop young fresh lettuce. Then, there is dessert – cookies, cupcakes and brownies. Additional specials will be offered each day including the popular Lobster Roll dish available Friday – Sunday only.
